Cale J. Bradford, chief judge of the Marion Superior Court, kept the unusual provision in the couple’s divorce decree last year over their fierce objections, court records show. The order does not define a mainstream religion.
To me that’s just wrong…. Who is this judge to say what religion or how these parents should raise their kids? Who wants to bet that 1. this gets overturned on appeal and 2. this judge is a hardcore Christian who thinks that all Wiccans worship the devil or something…. Excuse me judge, they’re not… You want proof, go talk to some of my friends.
